Three of the four floors of the Turner Street mixed-use building house seven Virginia Tech administrative departments. Located on the edge of Virginia Tech's campus, the four-story building is finished in faux Hokie stone, to compliment the adjacent Virginia Tech campus and with brick to compliment it's town location. The mixed-use building is sited to accommodate a future building and to serve the adjacent North End Center Parking Garage. A pedestrian bridge connects the fifth level of the garage to the fourth level of the mixed-use building
