The Lanier Endodontic building is 6,180 square-foot two-story dental clinic providing waiting, reception, conference, operatory, sterilization, scanning, and office functions. The exterior sloped parapet walls, tracing the rooflines, and broken gables with contemporary lighting update the traditional gable and hip roofs of the surrounding buildings.
